In deciding my lunch, I had to go with something not so exciting (to restrict calories, oh it was one of those days), so I ordered a the seared tuna salad with soy vinaigrette. The ingredients were simple and fresh as hoped for.
The bad: I could have had more meat on the salad. That’s just my personal preference.
The good: The freshness and the variety of the menu will make me come back for more. Watch out for the beautiful cupcakes next to the register.
In conclusion: Stacks Coastal Kitchen is a lunch eatery that will not disappoint anyone. It will satisfy all kinds of eaters with it’s variety of menu items.
