Dell’z Deli (Cannon Street, downtown)

This is an outstanding little hole in the wall restaurant specializing in humongous and heavy, good for you, wraps. When you discover this place, you feel like you’ve found treasure. The entire place only spans about from the door to the edge of the window, roughly 300 square feet.

I choose the “Hummer” today, with black bean hummus, cilantro, sprouts, salsa, tomatoes, cucumbers, carrots, avocado, fresh field greens, drizzled with lime.

I consumed this, without a word. Every bite had a different taste (dependent on where you are biting into). I also had a side of hot sauce, which made it creamy with a kick.
The good: Hearty, huge, heavy portions of fresh food suitable for vegans, vegetarians, and carnivores like me. The affordably is noteworthy too.
The bad: Of course it will take time to create these wonderful works of art, you can taste the love and effort.
In conclusion: The wrap was so good, it’s memorable. I could have one every day. Dell’z is a MUST!
